Description
The composition of polska is very rich in various useful substances, vitamins, macro- and microelements. This culture contains 27-37% protein. Eighteen essential amino acids are contained in the protein gluten.
In comparison with ordinary wheat, the content of magnesium, iron, zinc and vitamins is several times higher in the flask, such as: B1 - thiamine, B2 - riboflavin, B6 - pyridoxine, B9 - folic, and vitamins E and PP. Also, the polba contains calcium, sodium, phosphorus, potassium, copper, selenium and manganese.
All nutrients are contained in this progenitor of wheat in a balanced form. These substances are very necessary for a person for normal, high-quality vital activity. They are present in the grain shell and in the grain itself, which guarantees the preservation of plant nutrients even after fine grinding.
